I seek to find those small tweaks in style/technique that can make the biggest impact on outcomes, and believe the best results come from actual practice and implementation rather than academic study, including the application of appropriate rest and recovery.
A decade ago, after an acclaimed TEDx talk “Becoming Successfully Shy” I have become a sought-after coach and mentor firstly within Shell and subsequently across a broad variety of companies and leaders.
