Dr Susan Rose – Rose and Bloom Coaching
I am the founder of Rose + Bloom Coaching helping women to achieve their potential. I work with women in mid to senior level positions to support their personal development and growth. This could be enhancing performance in the workplace; supporting career progression particularly in relation to female leadership roles; or building confidence and resilience. I also work with female entrepreneurs supporting start-ups and SMEs with business planning and support to achieve business goals.
I had a long career in industry with experience in business strategy and marketing after which I worked at Henley Business School as a senior leader and academic. I now run my own coaching practice drawing on my leadership experience in the UK and overseas, whilst also continuing to research and publish in a range of business topics including customer management; marketing; the future of work; and coaching. I am a qualified coach with ICF accreditation.
