As a practicing commercial property lawyer (and legal business owner) I know very well the pressures and demands inside a legal career.ย In 2016 I founded Authentically Speaking my training and coaching consultancy for the legal profession.ย Itโs mission is to change the culture in law so that stress isnโt simply accepted as part and parcel of the job and no one is leaving the career they trained so hard to join, because they canโt reconcile their career with their family/life.
As the author of The Authentic Lawyer (2022) I am passionate about encouraging more authenticity inside the law for the benefit of clients, firms and lawyers. My mix of training & coaching/mentoring enables my clients to create the careers and lives they want to lead.
