Expert Panel:
Dr Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun – MBBS BSc MRCP MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG
Dr Sho is a UK-based portfolio General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience. She strongly believes in the bio-psycho-social interaction that underpins health and wellbeing, and uses this approach to empower her patients to live their healthiest lives, physically and mentally. She has a special interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, and menopause care, delivering high-quality, holistic, personalised care in both the NHS and private sector.
Dr Johnson-Sogbetun is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum, where she also sits on the Rock My Menopause Committee. She also works as a GP with a special interest in gynaecology at an NHS community clinic.
She sits on the RCGP Northwest London Faculty Board, where she leads the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. She works to improve health equality and create opportunities for GPs from underrepresented groups to advance their careers.
She is also the founder of HEAL for Black People, an organisation that educates the Black community on health issues and advocates for health equity.
Sophia Cleverly – Founder of Cleverly Coaching
I’m the founder of Sophia Cleverly Coaching and a fully accredited Life Coach with the International Coaching Federation. As a former BBC Producer Director, mum, and business owner, I understand the pressures of high-demand environments and how midlife brings shifting health, priorities, and identity.
With over a decade of experience and full CTI certification, I support women—especially those navigating perimenopause—to live and lead with confidence, clarity, and energy. My work helps individuals and organisations build inclusive cultures that value midlife women’s unique strengths.
I offer one-to-one coaching, wellbeing experiences, and my signature group programme, Embrace, designed to help women reconnect, re-energise, and thrive. I’ve worked with clients across the NHS, start-ups, and global companies, with one mission: to help women thrive in midlife and beyond.
Kiriaki Joganaki – Founder of Beauty Story
Kiriaki Joganaki is an energy healer, holistic beauty specialist, and founder of Beauty Story, the first Holistic Beauty Centre in Greece.
She has been trained in numerous alternative therapies and various martial arts, and specialises in identifying physical problems and their emotional causes.
She has gathered her basic principles from psychology, medicine, biology, quantum physics, and neuroscience. She has worked on programs for recovery from eating disorders and addictions in general.
She has made it her life’s goal to help women easily shed excess weight and everything that comes with it, preventing them from living their lives to the fullest.
