    • Adopting the right habits and staying consistent to achieve long term success
    • Harnessing a growth mindset for personal and professional developmentย

The Panellists (More TBA)

Eloise Feely – Elite Amateur Golfer and Content Creator

Eloise Feely is 19 years old and a former member of the England U18 Regional Squad and a finalist for England Golfโ€™s Young Ambassador of the Year in 2022. She has demonstrated both leadership and impactโ€”most notably during her time as junior captain, where her fundraising and how she was growing the game were nationally recognised. She personally raised over ยฃ7,000 for a local cancer hospice using her social media platforms.

Following the completion of her A Levels, Eloise had the opportunity to go to America on a scholarship but was diagnosed with a heart condition which put her off going. It also affected her mentally and her confidence, so she decided to take a gap year to focus on her golf while also studying for a diploma in media. She has subsequently decided not to go to America.

As a young female athlete with aspirations to one day play on tour, Eloise has already achieved a number of personal milestones competing in prestigious events such as Sunningdale Foursomes and English Amateur and played at a number of world-renowned golf clubs.

Beyond the course, Eloise is building a powerful presence online, with a growing social media following of over 67,000 across Instagram and TikTok. Through her platforms she shares her golfing journey, partners with leading brands, and works passionately to inspire more women and girls to pick up a club and find their place in the sport.

Caroline Colliston – DWF Executive Partner for Scotland and UK Tax Partner

Caroline is the office managing partner of DWF’s offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as an experienced corporate tax and share schemes solicitor and chartered tax adviser.

Caroline is DWFโ€™s co-Lead for Gender and a member of DWFโ€™s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership Group.

Caroline sits on the advisory board of Business in the Community Scotland, part of the King’s Responsible Business Network and has accepted a board appointment from Autumn 2025 with the Edinburgh International Book Festival.

Caroline has two young adults aged 18 and 21 and has spent a large part of her career working part-time/flexibly to accommodate family life.

Lorna McClymont – Professional Golfer

Lorna turned professional at the start of 2025 after a successful Amateur career. She was regarded as one of the worldโ€™s best amateur players having won the Scottish (2024) and Irish (2022, 2023) Amateur titles, as well as finishing runner-up at the British Amateur (2024) the most prestigious Amateur Championship in the world.

Lorna also played a key role in helping Great Britain and Ireland (GB&I) lift the prestigious Curtis Cup in September 2024; holing the winning putt for Team GB&I!

Lorna has enjoyed a brilliant start to life as a Pro, finishing runner-up at the Jabra Ladies Classic on the Sunshine Ladies Tour in just her 2nd professional start. Since then, sheโ€™s made the cut in 7 of her first 8 events on the Ladies European Tour; recording her first top 10 at the Tenerife Womenโ€™s Open last month.
