Avril Palmer-Lavery – Founder and Executive Chairman of Constellation Automotive group Avril is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Constellation Automotive group, which owns BCA, We Buy Any Car, cinch and Marshall Motor Group amongst many other brands. She has over 35 years of experience in leading businesses in the automotive and industrial sector. Avril is also currently the Non-Executive Chairman for ZIGUP PLC.

Carrieann Hughes – Supervisor at Genesis Studios Edinburgh Carrieann is currently the Supervisor at Genesis Edinburgh Studio, having joined the team in February 2024. With 20 years of retail experience across various roles, ranging from part-time sales to regional management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her position. Carrieann’s people-focused approach is central to her work and aligns perfectly with the Genesis brand’s commitment to delivering Son-Nim care to every guest. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as practicing mindfulness and meditation.
