His passion is seeing business grow into sustainable high performing commercial successful organisations.
Ian is now owner and managing director of Vertical Evolution. A company that specialises in helping business owners and leaders in three core areas. These being strategically commercial thinking, elite sales performance and personal development centred on leadership and influence training.
