Speaker: Nicola Rabson, Senior Partner, Linklaters.

Nicola is a senior partner at Linklaters.  She was the first part time partner and has been a member of the executive committee, chair of the remuneration committee and global head of employment and incentives.  She is listed in the hall of fame of Chambers for being ‘a cut above …thoughtful and forward thinking and simply outstanding’. 

She helps businesses on their most challenging, complex, and strategic people-related issues. With a particular focus on crisis mandates, investigations, discrimination, and harassment and managing disputes.  Nicola was The Times lawyer of the week in 2015, a power part timer in 2015 and recognised as a top 10 ally to LGBT plus people in Its inaugural outstanding list. 

Nicola is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Zigup plc, a Non-Executive Director at Kent FA and Governor of Royal Russell School. As a mother of three who has worked a variety of ways during her career, she is a mentor and ally to many and big supporter of woman across many industries.
