Gabrielle Blackman – Interior Designer and TV Presenter, DIY SOS
Gabrielle Blackman Studio is one of the country’s leading award-winning interior design studios.
With over 25 years’ experience at the top end of the industry, Gabrielle Blackman is highly experienced in building new homes and offices with character, for both private and corporate clients, as well as restoring historic houses. Gabrielle also works closely with a number of UK and international property developers. Her attention to detail is second to none and she creates bespoke luxurious spaces for her clients across the globe. Crucially, she not only designs but builds for her clients, directing projects through from initial site visit and concept drawings to completion.
Gabrielle is proud to work with the BBC1 BAFTA award-winning show DIYSOS since 2012 using her skills as a designer to transform the lives of families in need. As the show’s most popular designer she has worked on the show’s biggest challenges including the Royal Television Society’s-winning transformation of a whole street of houses in Manchester for Wounded Veterans (with a little help from Prince William and Prince Harry) and the build of a new community-centre and boxing gym for the people of Grenfell Tower in West London.
As well as being a confident public speaker, Gabrielle has also written for The Times, The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail and Good Homes Magazine and regularly appears on the radio.
Anna Allerton – Founder of Allerton Coaching and Consulting
Anna Allerton is the founder of Allerton Coaching and Consulting. She is a triple-accredited trained Executive Coach and Journalist of 20 years. With multi-sector experience, Anna specialises in workplace transformation, culture change and retention of female talent in the workplace, with a specialism in perimenopause and menopause. Through her coaching practice, Anna is helping women thrive in their careers during their menopause and is working with corporates to drive institutional workplace culture change. Her Work Smarter in Menopause ®️ model is offering an individualised approach to supporting women’s careers. Her public speaking is helping break down stigmas and create lasting change through impactful storytelling. Anna’s expertise has featured in Top Sante, Grazia, Sheerluxe, Stylist, WeAreTheCity and she has featured on Times Radio and a number of podcasts.
