Yet, these topics remain taboo in many workplaces.We’re bringing this conversation front and center, with real stories, expert insights, and practical solutions to explore how we can foster environments where everyone is supported throughout every stage of their cycle.

Dr Itunu Johnson-Sogbetun – MBBS BSc MRCP MRCGP DFSRH DRCOG

Dr Sho is a UK-based portfolio General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience. She strongly believes in the bio-psycho-social interaction that underpins health and wellbeing, and uses this approach to empower her patients to live their healthiest lives, physically and mentally. She has a special interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, and menopause care, delivering high-quality, holistic, personalised care in both the NHS and private sector.

Dr Johnson-Sogbetun is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Primary Care Women’s Health Forum, where she also sits on the Rock My Menopause Committee. She also works as a GP with a special interest in gynaecology at an NHS community clinic.

She sits on the RCGP Northwest London Faculty Board, where she leads the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. She works to improve health equality and create opportunities for GPs from underrepresented groups to advance their careers.

She is also the founder of HEAL for Black People, an organisation that educates the Black community on health issues and advocates for health equity.

Jo Glynn-Smith – Coach | Founder | Speaker | Podcaster

Jo Glynn-Smith is a trusted voice in leadership, career transformation and navigating change. A seasoned coach and strategic advisor, she is the founder of The Ascent Associates a specialist coaching service that supports leaders and business owners through pivotal career milestones and high-stakes transitions.

Kiriaki Joganaki – Founder of Beauty Story

Kiriaki Joganaki is an energy healer, holistic beauty specialist, and founder of Beauty Story, the first Holistic Beauty Centre in Greece.

She has been trained in numerous alternative therapies and various martial arts, and specialises in identifying physical problems and their emotional causes.

She has gathered her basic principles from psychology, medicine, biology, quantum physics, and neuroscience. She has worked on programs for recovery from eating disorders and addictions in general.

She has made it her life’s goal to help women easily shed excess weight and everything that comes with it, preventing them from living their lives to the fullest.
