Feel empowered and enlightened with our supper club experience, where you’ll meet like-minded professionals to create meaningful relationships and hear from our inspirational speaker Claire-Marie Boggiano as we discuss leadership in the workplace over a delicious dinner and drinks situated at the chic Malmaison set in the heart of Manchester’s City Centre.

About our Speaker:

Claire-Marie Boggiano is a Director and Coach at Lurig Ltd, specialising in business change and leadership development. She is also a Lecturer in Leadership at the University of Salford, and is a Chartered Engineer and works to support Women in Business and Women in STEM.  She is a lead facilitator on Oakridge Stride, a 6-month leadership development programme for women. Claire-Marie created, and hosts monthly, the online Women Leading in Business network.  She is an ambassador for Women on Boards, Queen Bee Coaching and GM4Women2028.

Claire-Marie is joining us for our supper club to discuss some interesting and relatable topics through a 30-45 minute panel discussion followed by a Q&A. The topics covered will be:

• Authentic leadership

• The leader of tomorrow

• Personal resilience

• Dealing with the pressures of being in a senior role

• Pros & cons of senior leadership

• Challenges around seeing more women in senior leadership positions and how we can overcome these
