About The Confidence People: 

They specialise in: Public Speaking, Presentation Training, Media Skills and Imposter Syndrome.

In their tailored, practical sessions they help expand and polish communication skills so people develop confidence and personal authority. They also help with written communications.

Lea Sellers has a background as a television producer on Question Time, Newsnight and Channel 4 News. She focuses on how the media works and how to face an interview. She is also a moderator and confident communication trainer.

Rosalind Adler is an actress and writer specialising in public speaking and presentation skills. Her training includes voice production, dealing with nerves and developing effective communication.

The Confidence People will be speaking at our brunch and here is what we will be discussing:

• What confidence is – and isn’t (touching on gender differences)
• How what you offer benefits others
• Managing nerves
• Avoiding self-sabotage (touching on Imposter Syndrome)
• Knowing what you want to achieve
• Clarity about your intentions

There will also be interactive exercises to examine:

• expectations and models of success
• using your authentic voice

This event is perfectly suited to those that are mid-career to senior level professionals including business owners or those in C-Suite and managerial positions, from diverse industries. No prior experience necessary and is open to all genders.
