Claire is a business coach specialising in helping female business owners accelerate revenue, expand their range, attract more clients and take considered action to achieve the balance they need. She believes every woman can be unstoppable when she believes she can be. A Time Line Therapy coach and NLP practitioner, Claire spent 30 years in the financial sector at Reuters and Barclays in C-suite leadership roles. She has extensive experience running her own procurement company, a UK franchise, and now her coaching company. Previously, she was Managing Director of British heritage brand House of Colour for the UK and ROW, where she led significant post-pandemic reinvigoration and major growth in the USA. Claire became self-employed to help women flourish in their businesses by embedding strong business practices, creating strong brand images and using mindset work as the foundation for transformation. She also runs local networking and coaching events and hopes to launch a women’s retreat this year. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, walking her two dogs, relaxing at home and socialising with friends.

Donna is a coach, business strategist, and energy healer who has spent over 15 years helping women overcome challenges, heal past wounds, and step into their true potential. Her coaching journey began in 1995 after taking an NLP Diploma, later becoming a Master Practitioner and certified trainer. With a background spanning care work, painting and decorating, and running a successful female-led interior design business, Donna has consistently championed women in male-dominated industries, mentoring young women entering construction and promoting inclusive workplaces. A published author, mother of four, and grandmother of eight, Donna blends traditional coaching with energy healing, breathwork, and astrology to create personalised, holistic transformations. She specialises in business development, leadership, mindset, well-being, and supporting clients through PTSD, anxiety, and stress. A certified Business Strategist, NLP Trainer, Reiki Master and member of the International Breathwork Foundation, she offers 1:1 coaching, group programmes, workshops, and six luxury retreats each year. Outside of work, she loves travelling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia has been coaching since 2004 and has worked with hundreds of women (and men) over that time. She is currently undertaking a masters in executive coaching at Ashridge. As a coach she particularly focuses on working with women to help them overcome the challenges they face in the workplace. What she has observed throughout her career is that women can be held back by not recognising the (sometimes subtle) challenges and bias that surround them; these challenges and biases can negatively affect women’s careers, whether they realise it or not. She is passionate about gender balance in the workplace. During lock down, she made good use of her down time by writing a book, “She Said!” about the women being heard, which became an Amazon best seller. Like all executives, the pressure of the workplace for women is often intense and Patricia’s coaching seeks to provide the precious opportunity to have space and support to identify and process all the challenges faced. She supports her clients in formulating and executing plans for personal and professional progress.
