This workshop will look at the “pillars of presence”, breaking down the elements that create that sense of presence and enabling you to develop your own personal presence which can boost your effectiveness, impact and career.

Patricia is a consultant and executive coach with a broad and deep background in business, initially in the consumer goods industry working in sales leadership for companies like P&G and Coca-Cola and the global consultancy firm, Miller Heiman.
She has extensive experience working with a range of clients from the worlds of business and politics, from start-ups to global businesses across multiple industry verticals, public-sector organisations and political and women’s organisations.
She utilises her experience in the commercial world and her real-world pragmatic approach to focus on helping organisations and individuals become more effective, with their capabilities around speaking, career development, persuasion, influencing, communicating, and speaking.
Patricia has always been a passionate advocate of gender balance in the workplace and has published a book called “She Said!,” which is a practical handbook for women speaking and being heard, overcoming the silencing drivers and unconscious bias in organisations. She also runs “She Said! -The training programme for many clients. She is the organiser and curator of TEDx St Albans, has an MSc in executive coaching and is a director of Elect Her, a cross-party organisation that helps more women get into politics.
