I like to drink water, stretch, and then write in my journal.
Q. What keeps you up at night?
I’m a worrier. I worry about the days ahead. I’m working on it though – mindfulness is key.
Q. Being a woman in the music industry means…?
That I can stand in my power and be unapologetically me.

Ooh tough one. I think a failure would be wasting time doubting myself when I’m enough the way I am.

My crystals and palo santo. Cleansing.
Q. How do you maintain a work-life balance?
I meditate and breathe A LOT. I journal A LOT. And I make sure I feed my body.
Q. What’s taken you years to learn?
It’s taken me ages to realise that I don’t need to please everyone, I wasn’t put on this earth to do that.
