I am a Personal Results Coach specialising in mental fitness and leadership with a focus on coaching the whole person – life and career. I am passionate about helping individuals align with their personal values, develop their strengths, and build great mental fitness to handle challenges and seize opportunities that arise in the best way possible.
I started my career in finance as a Software Engineer, and then went on to launch a fitness app in 2018 called Pumponomics after following my entrepreneurial aspirations and spotting an opportunity to help gym-goers at scale after working with my personal trainer at the gym. I realised quite quickly that mental fitness and mental toughness were essential qualities required to achieve sustained performance and happiness in any endeavour, whether it’s achieving fitness goals, or building a great career. I have always been passionate about helping others discover and use their greatest gifts which is why I started coaching.
I work with clients to define both tangible and intangible goals and then curate a carefully thought-through coaching plan. Coaching can vary from 3 months to 12 months depending on individual needs.
I work with: C-Suite, senior and mid-career professionals, early-career professionals and entrepreneurs.
