With over three decades of experience across high-demand environments, including advertising, clinical practice, leadership and entrepreneurship, Katherine brings a grounded, practical perspective to navigating complexity without losing clarity or energy.

Her work focuses on building inner authority – helping people reconnect with their own voice and direction when external expectations, pressure or uncertainty start to take over. She bridges mindset with sustainable action so leaders can move forward with confidence, focus and intention.

Katherine works through 1-to-1 coaching, workshops, programmes and talks, and hosts The Mindset Exchange podcast, where she shares thoughtful perspectives and practical takeaways on leadership, confidence and decision-making in today’s changing landscape.
