About the speaker:
James is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and the founder of Pumponomics which started out as a fitness app and transformed into a holistic coaching company. The business started from a strong passion for health and fitness, alongside a deep curiosity about mental fitness and its impact on all areas of life – career, relationships, health, and wealth.
With over 10 years of experience working within the Financial Services industry as a Software Engineer, Project Manager and Technology Lead, James has followed his entrepreneurial instincts alongside his career in Finance to find ways to help people to overcome blocks, challenges or obstacles in order to live productive, fulfilled and sustainably successful lives.
